Outdoor Pools and Splash Pads near Milford, Hopedale and Mendon

The most affordable local pools are Fino ($2/person) and Casey (free) pools in Milford. Bellingham’s Little Angels Splash Pad at Silver Lake will open June 3, with daily non-resident admission for $7/vehicle.

Seasonal clubs with outdoor pools include Bernon YMCA in Franklin, Adirondack Club in Franklin, and Glen Ellen in Millis. Park Terrace in Plainville may prove to be worth the drive and the next-tier cost, with slides, floating trampoline, and toddler pools.

Lake Beaches near Milford, Hopedale and Mendon

Mendon Town Beach is cheap for both residents ($2) and NR ($3). Bellingham’s Silver Lake (with Little Angels Splashpad) is $7/vehicle. Holliston’s Stoddard Park and Upton’s Kiwanis Beach also have reasonable day-rates per vehicle ($15/$10). State Parks in Ashland and Hopkinton are affordable with the MassParks pass, which is available at some libraries.

Worth Driving For

Breezy Picnic Grounds in Douglas has huge waterslides and a guarded lake beach. A little trek will also lead to some great free splash pads in Woonsocket RI, Northborough, or Hudson.
